DESCRIPTION:‏بدعوة من الاتحاد النسائي شارك وفد من جمعية المحامين البحرينية برئاسة المحامية جنان أنور، مقررة لجنة المرأة والشباب في ندوة “الطلاق والخلع التي نظمها الاتحاد بمقر جمعية نهضة فتاة البحرين يوم الاثنين الموافق 26 فبراير 2024.\n‏وقد حضر الندوة عدد من المحامين والمحاميات البحرينيين بالإضافة إلى عدد من الباحثين والمهتمين بقضايا الأسرة. \n‏تمحورت الندوة حول النصوص القانونية المنظمة لقضايا الطلاق والخلع ومقترحات تعديلها والتحديات القانونية والاجتماعية التي تواجه الأفراد في هذا السياق، وقدم المشاركون في الندوة مقترحات ومداخلات وتحليلات قيمة تسلط الضوء على أهمية القوانين والإجراءات المتعلقة بالطلاق والخلع في البحرين، وضرورة حماية حقوق الأفراد من خلال اقتراح التعديلات التشريعية اللازمة. \n‏يأتي ذلك في إطار جهود الاتحاد النسائي الرامية إلى تعزيز الوعي بقضايا الاسرة وتمكين الأفراد من فهم حقوقهم وواجباتهم، وتحقيق العدالة والمساواة في مختلف المجالات. وقد انتدى في هذه الندوة عضوي جمعية المحامين البحرينية الاستاذ سامي سيادي والاستاذ حسن اسماعيل، كما وحضرت الاستاذة سناء بوحمود عضو مجلس ادارة الجمعية جانباً من الندوة.

DESCRIPTION:‏تلبية لدعوة مجلس ادارة جمعية المحامين البحرينية وفي اجواء من الالفة والمودة، التقى صباح اليوم عدد كبير من المحامين أعضاء الجمعية لتناول وجبة الفطور في فندق کراون بلازا، وذلك بحضور الاستاذ صلاح أحمد المدفع رئيس مجلس الادارة، وأعضاء المجلس، والنقباء الأفاضل حسن رضي وعلي الايوبي، وحسن بديوي. \n‏وقد تم خلال اللقاء تكريم الاستاذ حسن بديوي تقديرًا لجهوده في رئاسة الجمعية لثلاث دورات سابقة، وبمناسبة تزكيته رئيسا لاتحاد المحامين الخليجيين والاستاذ محمد جاسم الذوادي والاستاذ یاسر جاسم الصحاف عضوي مجلس الادارة السابق تقديرًا لجهودهما خلال الدورة السابقة. \n‏كما وتم تقديم شهادات شكر للأساتذة الافاضل الدكتور عباس هلال، وراشد عبد الرحمن إبراهيم، وفريد غازي جاسم، وريم خلف تقديرًا لجهودهم في إدارة اجتماع الجمعية العمومية بتاريخ 10/02/2024. \n‏كما استقبل رئيس وأعضاء مجلس الادارة الاستاذ المحامي مساعد الرشيدي، رئيس مركز العلاقات الدولية بجمعية المحامين الكويتية، حيث قدم التهاني لأعضاء مجلس الادارة للجمعية على تشكيله الجديد. \n‏وتأتي هذه الزيارة لتعزيز روابط التعاون بين الجمعيات الشقيقة وفي إطار تبادل التجارب وتعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين الجمعيات المهنية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

DESCRIPTION:‏أقام اتحاد المحامين الخليجيين مؤتمره السنوي الثالث بالتعاون مع جمعية المحامين البحرينية في يوم الخميس الحادي عشر من يناير 2024 بمركز المؤتمرات بفندق كراون بلازا. \n‏وذلك بحضور سعادة القاضي عيسى بن سامي المناعي وكيل وزارة العدل والشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف مناب عن سعادة وزير العدل والشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف سعادة السيد نواف بن محمد المعاودة، وممثلين عن مجلسي النواب والشورى. \n‏وحضر المؤتمر رؤساء جمعيات المحامين في كلاً من دولة الكويت ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان ودولة قطر بالإضافة إلى جمعية المحامين البحرينية، وذلك برئاسة سعادة الدكتور محمد بن إبراهيم الزدجالي عضو مجلس الشورى العماني ورئيس جمعية المحامين العمانية. \n‏وتم خلال المؤتمر نقل رئاسة الاتحاد إلى مملكة البحرين وأن يتولى الأستاذ حسن أحمد بديوي رئيس جمعية المحامين البحرينية رئاسة الاتحاد للعام 2024. \n‏وأقيم المؤتمر تحت شعار “مستقبل مهنة المحاماة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في ظل التطور التكنولوجي”، وتتضمن ثلاث جلسات عمل شارك فيها متحدثين من دول الخليج، حيث تحدث في المؤتمر من دولة الكويت المحاميان حسين الغريب ومنى الأربش، ومن المملكة العربية السعودية المحاميان عبدالله الفلاج وسعود العماري، ومن دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة المحاميان الدكتور حبيب الملا وعائشة الطنيجي، ومن سلطنة عمان المحامي يعقوب الحارثي عضو مجلس الشورى العماني والدكتور أسعد الحضرمي، بالإضافة إلى المتحدثين من مملكة البحرين الدكتور المحامي حسن علي رضي والدكتور جميل عبدالله العلوي وكلاً من سعادة محمود فردان عضو مجلس النواب وسعادة علي العرادي عضو مجلس الشورى وعدد من المحامين والأكاديميين. \n‏وشارك في المؤتمر عدد غفير من المشاركين من جميع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. \n‏وقد شكل اتحاد المحامين الخليجيين وجمعية المحامين البحرينية لجنة تنظيم برئاسة المحامي صلاح المدفع نائب رئيس جمعية المحامين البحرينية الأمين العام المساعد لاتحاد المحامين الخليجيين.

DESCRIPTION:أقامت جمعية المحامين البحرينية ندوة حول اختصاصات محاكم مركز دبي المالي العالمي ودور المحامين في تطوير صناعة التحكيم”، وذلك بمقر معهد الدراسات القضائية والقانونية في مملكة البحرين، وبحضور ومشاركة عدد غفير من السادة المحامين والمسؤولين بوزارة العدل والشؤون الاسلامية والاوقاف. \nوتأتي هذه الندوة تجسيدًا للتعاون المشترك بين الجمعية ومحاكم مركز دبي المالي العالمي في إطار الأهداف المرسومة في اتفاقية التعاون المبرمة بين الطرفين. \nوقدم الندوة كلاً من سعادة القاضي علي شامس المدحاني، نائب رئيس محاكم مرکز دبي المالي العالمي ورئيس دائرة العلاقات الدولية للشؤون القضائية في محاكم المركز وسعادة القاضي شملان عبد الرحمن الصوالحي، قاضي محكمة الاستئناف ورئيس دائرة التحكيم بالمركز. \nوشهدت الندوة حوارًا تفاعليًا موسعًا حول اختصاصات المحاكم بمركز دبي المالي العالمي ودور المحامين في دعم وتطوير التحكيم، والتي ذهب خلالها المشاركون إلى أهمية دور المحاكم في تطوير صناعة التحكيم كخيار ضمن منظومة تسوية المنازعات التجارية والمالية، بما يضمن توفير بيئة آمنة للاستثمارات وحركة تدفق التجارة الدولية.

DESCRIPTION:نظمت جمعية المحامين البحرينية صباح يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 24/10/2023 بمركز المؤتمرات بفندق كراون بلازا ندوة “الخبرة القضائية بعد تعديل قانون الاثبات” برعاية من مكتب المحامية الشيخة سلوى آل خليفة، تحدث فيها كلاً من: المحامي فريد غازي جاسم، عضو مجلس النواب سابقًا وعضو جمعية المحامين البحرينية في محور الخبرة القضائية بحسب تعديلات قانون الاثبات الاخيرة في البحرين. \nوالدكتور جميل عبد الله العلوي، مستشار قانوني أول سابقًا بمجلس التنمية الإقتصادية في محور الخبرة القضائية في دول العالم المختلفة والانظمة التشريعية التي استقت منها التعديلات الاخيرة لقانون الاثبات. \nوالمحامي صلاح أحمد المدفع، نائب رئيس جمعية المحامين البحرينية في محور الخبرة القضائية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. \nوقد ادارت الندوة المحامية ريم خلف عضو جمعية المحامين البحرينية. \nوفي بداية الندوة القى المحامي حسن أحمد بديوي، رئيس جمعية المحامين البحرينية كلمة أكد فيها على أهمية الموضوع ومدى الارباك الذي حدث في اجراءات التقاضي بعد اقرار التعديلات الاخيرة على قانون الاثبات. \nكما القت الاستاذة الشيخة سلوى آل خليفة راعية الندوة كلمة أشارت فيها إلى اهمية هذه الندوات لتسليط الضوء على التشريعات الحديثة ومعرفة إيجابياتها وسلبياتها. \nوحضر الندوة سعادة الاستاذة دانة خميس الزياني، وكيلة وزارة العدل والشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف لشؤون المحاكم والتوفيق الاسري والنفقة، وسعادة السيد علي عبد الله العرادي، عضو مجلس الشورى، والاستاذ علي مرهون، مدير رقابة الشركات بوزارة الصناعة والتجارة، والاستاذ حسين القيدوم مدير الشؤون القانونية بمجلس التنمية الاقتصادية، والاستاذة شيماء جمعة مديرة الشؤون القانونية بغرفة تجارة وصناعة البحرين، وممثلين عن جمعيتي المهندسين والمحاسبين وعدد كبير من المحامين والخبراء والمهتمين. \nوقد تم اقرار عدد من التوصيات الهامة التي سيتم رفعها للمسؤولين.

DESCRIPTION:استجابة لدعوة مجلس ادارة جمعية المحامين البحرينية، اجتمع مساء اليوم الاربعاء بمقر الجمعية عدد من الزميلات والزملاء المحامين للاحتجاج على اعتداءات الكيان الصهيوني الغاشم على قطاع غزة وتضامنا مع الاشقاء الفلسطينيين، وشارك في الاجتماع كذلك مندوب عن سفارة دولة فلسطين بمملكة البحرين. \nوقد ألقى الاستاذ حسن احمد بديوي رئيس الجمعية كلمة بهذه المناسبة أشاد فيها بنضال وتضحيات الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في سبيل تحرير أرضه مستعرضا القرارات الاممية الصادرة من مجلس الأمن الدولي والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة الداعية الى الانسحاب من الاراضي المحتلة وقيام دولة فلسطين المستقلة. \nكما وألقى مندوب سفارة فلسطين في البحرين وممثل السفير الفلسطيني السيد نظمي العرقان كلمة بهذه المناسبة شكر فيها جمعية المحامين البحرينية على وقفتها التضامنية مع الشعب الفلسطيني. \nوألقى الدكتور عباس هلال كلمة مماثلة. \nوفي ختام اللقاء تلا أمين سر الجمعية الاستاذ محمد الذوادي بيان الجمعية الصادر بهذه المناسبة والذي أكد على مطالبتها بضرورة الاستجابة لنداء مواطني مملكة البحرين بقطع جميع العلاقات مع الكيان الصهيوني وطرد ممثليه من مملكة البحرين ووقف جميع أشکال التطبيع معه.

DESCRIPTION:نظمت اللجنة الثقافية بجمعية المحامين البحرينية يوم الاربعاء الموافق 11/10/2023 ندوة اجراءات تأسيس الشركات التجارية من خلال نظام “سجلات ومكافحة عمليات غسل الاموال، وذلك بالتعاون مع وزارة الصناعة والتجارة بمقر الجمعية الكائن بالعدلية. وقد حضر الندوة عدد كبير من الزميلات والزملاء الافاضل وعدد من الضيوف. \nوقد انتدى فيها كلاً من الاستاذ / محمد عبدالرسول صالح، أخصائي خدمات مستثمرين، والاستاذ / حسين حسن درويش، أخصائي أول مكافحة غسل الأموال، وأدار الندوة المحامي محمود العريبي، عضو جمعية المحامين البحرينية. \nوقد خلصت الندوة إلى توصية بضرورة قصر منح رخصة المكاتب المحترفة لمكاتب المحاماة المرخصة والتوسع في تفسير عبارة ذوي الشأن الواردة في المادة ١٧ من قانون السجل التجاري ليشمل عملاء التاجر ودائنيه، وتشديد رقابة قسم التحليل المالي بوزارة الصناعة والتجارة على الحسابات المصرفية للشركات ضمانًا لحقوق العملاء.

DESCRIPTION:نظمت اللجنة الثقافية بجمعية المحامين البحرينية مساء يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 12/09/2023 الساعة 7:30 مساءً ندوة ثقافية حول الاشتراطات الاساسية لاستصدار التقارير الطبية من اللجان الطبية العامة بوزارة الصحة وذلك بالتعاون مع اللجان الطبية بوزارة الصحة بمقر الجمعية بالعدلية ، انتدى فيها كلاً من الدكتورة وفاء الجودر استشارية طب عائلة نائبة رئيس اللجان الطبية بوزارة الصحة ، الدكتورة كوثر عبدالله خميس اخصائية أمراض باطنية عضو اللجان الطبية العامة بوزارة الصحة الاستاذة سمية ابراهيم شهاب من قسم الشئون القانونية بوزارة الصحة وقد ادارت الندوة المحامية زهراء الوطني عضو جمعية المحامين البحرينية. \nوقد شهدت الندوة حضوراً كثيفاً من الزميلات والزملاء المحامين والضيوف وقد استعرض المنتدين المستندات الاولية المطلوبة لسرعة انجاز التقارير من اللجان الطبية ومصادر هذه المستندات كما وتطرق المنتدين الى احكام قرار وزير الصحة رقم ٣١ لسنة ۲۰۱۹ الذي قصر اصدار التقارير الطبية اللازمة للتعويض عن حوادث السيارات بناء على طلب رسمي من المحكمة التي تنظر دعوى التعويض، كما تفضل المنتدين بالرد على استفسارات ومداخلات الحضور التي كان لها الاثر الكبير في اثراء النقاش. \nوقد خلصت الندوة الى توصية ترفعها الجمعية لسعادة وزيرة الصحة للنظر في امكانية تعديل القرار الوزاري للسماح للمتضرر من الحادث باللجوء مباشرة الى اللجان الطبية لاستصدار التقرير الطبي اذا كانت هنالك مساعي لتسوية ودية للتعويض مع المتسبب في الحادث او شركة التأمين دون اللجوء الى القضاء.

DESCRIPTION:أقامت جمعية المحامين البحرينية في يوم الخميس الموافق 15/06/2023 احتفالاً بفندق الخليج بمناسبة يوم المحامي البحريني، وقد حضر هذه المناسبة السعيدة عدد غفير من السادة المحامين وأسرهم، في جو مليء بالألفة والمحبة. \nوقد سبق وأعلنت جمعية المحامين البحرينية تاريخ 15 يونيو يومًا للمحامي البحريني احتفاءً بالدور الهام الذي يقوم به المحامي ورسالته النبيلة في ارساء القانون والدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات. \nوالجدير بالذكر انه تم اختيار يوم 15 يونيو ليكون يوما للمحامي البحريني، تخليدا لذكرى الاجتماع التأسيسي لنقابة المحامين البحرينية عام 1974. \nوفي بداية الاحتفالية ألقى سعادة المحامي حسن احمد بديوي رئيس مجلس ادارة جمعية المحامين البحرينية، كلمته الافتتاحية ثم القى المحامي الدكتور عباس هلال كلمة النقباء، ثم القت المهندسة هدى حمید صنقور كلمة المكرمين. \nوتم على هامش هذه الاحتفالية الاحتفاء بذكرى عدد من السادة المحامين المؤسسين للجمعية الذين انتقلوا الى جوار ربهم بعد مسيرة حافلة من العطاء والإنجازات التي ساهمت في ارساء قواعد العمل النقابي المهني وتطوير مهنة المحاماة، ومنهم المحامي حميد علي صنقور والمحامي الشيخ عيسى بن محمد آل خليفة والمحامي محمد حسن الحسن والمحامي خالد ابراهيم الذوادي والمحامي محمد السيد يوسف والمحامي سلمان سهوان والمحامي عبدالله عبيدان فخرو، رحمهم الله جميعًا، وقد تم تقديم دروع تذكارية بهذه المناسبة لذويهم، هذا بالإضافة الى تكريم عضو لجنة الدفاع عن المحامين بالجمعية المحامي خليفة شاجرة على جهوده المبذولة في الدفاع عن السادة المحامين.

SUMMARY:Reorganization and Bankruptcy Seminar at the Convention Center at the Crowne Plaza Hotel
DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, 02/27/2023\, at the Conference Center at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Manama\, the Bahrain Bar Association organized a symposium entitled Reorganization and Bankruptcy\, in view of the importance of Law No. 22 of 2018 amended by Law No. 25 of 2020 regarding reorganization and bankruptcy\, the recentness of its issuance\, and its need for criticism\, research and discussion\, and in view of the increasing Bankruptcy lawsuits and reorganization lawsuits\, especially after the issuance of the new implementation law\, as well as in view of the introduction of the bankruptcy trustees’ schedule\, as there has become an urgent need to hold a symposium specifically for this law and come up with recommendations to be submitted to the Ministry of Justice\, the Supreme Judicial Council\, the Ministry of Legal Affairs\, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The distinguished lawyers and professors participated in the symposium. Lawyer Ali Al-Jabal\, Vice Chairman of the Lawyers’ Defense Committee of the International Federation of Lawyers\, is the focus of the bankruptcy case and the bankruptcy trustee in accordance with the provisions of Chapters One and Two of the law\, and lawyer Zeenat Al-Mansouri\, a member of the Bahrain Bar Association\, is the focus of reorganization and liquidation in accordance with Chapters Three and Four of the law\, and lawyer Dr. Amira Al-Qayyim\, Professor of Law at the University of Bahrain\, formerly a member of the Bahrain Bar Association\, the cross-border bankruptcy axis in accordance with Chapter Five of the law. The symposium was moderated by lawyer Mohammed Al-Thawadi\, secretary of the association. The symposium was held under the auspices of the office of lawyer Rashid Abdul Rahman Ibrahim. The symposium also included a speech by the sponsor and a speech To the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association\, Mr. Hassan Bidawi\, certificates of thanks were presented to the forums and to the sponsor of the symposium by the President of the Association\, and the recommendations that crystallized during the symposium were formulated by the organizing committee and will be submitted to the competent official authorities. It is mentioned that a special committee has been formed to organize the symposium from members The Board of Directors is headed by the proposer\, Attorney Salah Al-Midfa\, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors\, and the membership of the symposium director\, secretary\, Mr. Muhammad Al-Thawadi\, and professors\, members of the Board of Directors\, Sanaa Bu Hammoud\, Yasser Al-Sahhaf and Talal Al-Ayoubi.

DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday 01/31/2023\, the Bahraini Lawyers Association held an awareness seminar on the legislation and procedures governing the organization and registration of births and deaths in cooperation with the Information and E-Government Authority and under the auspices of the office of lawyer Ali Abdullah Al-Aradi and his partners.\nThe symposium covered several topics\, in which Dr. Munira Al-Fadil\, a legal advisor at the Information and e-Government Authority\, and Professor Noura Al-Huwaishi\, head of the Legal and Legislative Consulting Group at the Authority\, were interviewed\, in addition to Professor Noura Hassan Issa\, a senior lawyer at the Authority.\nThe symposium was attended by a number of distinguished guests\, At their head is His Excellency Judge Issa Al-Mannai\, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs. Sheikh Sabah Al Khalifa\, Director of Identity Management at the Information and E-Government Authority\, And a number of Their Excellencies members of the Shura Council\, In addition to a group of lawyers and jurists.\nAt the conclusion of the symposium\, the attendees discussed the most prominent points that were addressed in the symposium. The discussions concluded by recommending the necessity of developing a legislative amendment that includes reducing the period of appeal to ensure the speed of procedures and preserve the rights of individuals. His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice stated that the Ministry cooperates in some exceptional and urgent cases and works to implement rulings without adhering to the deadline set for appeal procedures. The Authority’s lecturers praised the level of cooperation between the Information Authority\, the E-Government\, and the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.

In celebration of the achievements of Bahraini women at the local and international levels in light of the empowerment of women in all fields and levels\, Which the Kingdom is witnessing under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa\, the country’s great monarch\, may God protect and preserve him. The plan was drawn up by the Supreme Council for Women\, headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa\, wife of the King of the country\, may God protect and preserve her.\nThe ceremony witnessed the presence of a large number of lawyers\, their family members\, and some leading legal figures. This evening was entitled “The tasks and powers of the General Secretariat of Grievances” in the presence and participation of His Excellency Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Maawda\, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of Grievances. Under the management of lawyer Salah Ahmed Al Midfa\, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Lawyers Association\nThe first Ramadan cultural activities came with a cultural evening that touched on an important topic: In the presence of a large number of lawyers\, The Secretary General of Grievances spoke this evening about the most important tasks and powers assigned to the General Secretariat of Grievances in accordance with what was stated in the Royal Decree that stipulated the establishment of the Secretariat. He explained its role in investigating\, independently and impartially\, the complaints submitted to it against employees of the Ministry of Interior as a result of the violations attributed to them due to or in connection with the performance of their work duties. He also explained the role of the secretariat in receiving requests for assistance from prisoners and detainees or from their families. At the end of the evening\, the Secretary-General highlighted the Commission for the Rights of Prisoners and Detainees as a pioneering model that embodies the role of human rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain.\nAt the end of the evening\, the Secretary General of Grievances thanked the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Lawyers Association for organizing this evening. The Association took this opportunity to honor His Excellency for his active participation in enriching the cultural activities held by the Association\, which demonstrates the Secretariat’s interest in active community participation.
