The Cultural Committee

It is the committee concerned with developing an educational vision to raise the professional and scientific level of the Bahraini lawyer in particular and the legal profession in general by enhancing the skills and capabilities of the Bahraini lawyer to be able to face the challenges of the profession with all his worth and ability at the local and global levels. The committee continuously organizes educational lectures and seminars in all legal, economic and social sciences related to the legal profession. As well as facilitating the Bahraini lawyer’s involvement in educational courses and workshops related to the legal profession

Social Affairs and Youth Committee

It is the committee concerned with enhancing interaction and social communication between lawyers and members of civil society institutions. It works to support and empower young Bahraini lawyers to face the challenges and difficulties of the legal profession. And finding appropriate solutions to continuously improve his professional performance.

Committee objectives

Building a cohesive and unified social and professional entity for Bahraini lawyers by strengthening their relationships with each other and with other members of the local and international community.

Creating a modern and easy-to-use website for the Bahraini Bar Association that allows Bahraini lawyers the option and advantage of registering membership, updating data, and paying subscriptions.

Facilitating and enabling lawyers to enter seminars, meetings, and programs, And projects

Organizing regular parties and trips for lawyers at social and professional events

Urging non-subscribed Bahraini lawyers to participate in the Bahraini Bar Association to unify the efforts of lawyers and advance the legal profession

Enhancing interconnection, cooperation, and joint work between lawyers and civil society organizations through creating a joint protocol to exchange experiences

Organizing fruitful discussion sessions between Bahraini lawyers and officials and members of civil society institutions

Providing awareness lectures to youth councils and organizing volunteer activities in various fields needed by Bahraini society

Women’s Committee

It is the committee responsible for monitoring the challenges, problems, difficulties and obstacles facing Bahraini lawyers during their practice of the legal profession. The committee works to find appropriate solutions that are appropriate and compatible with its human nature and guarantee its rights guaranteed by the Constitution and the law, in order to enable it to perform its prominent and influential role in Bahraini and international society in general.

Committee objectives

Enabling female lawyers to participate in the committees of the Supreme Council for Women and to represent the association in them

Organizing seminars, meetings, and programs, And projects

Facilitating her access to her rights guaranteed to her by the Constitution and all international charters and agreements and ways to address them to empower women legally in all fields through their participation

Organizing trips outside the country to visit the Arab Lawyers Union, the Syndicate, Arab Bar Associations, and women’s committees, and to meet with Arab women lawyers to open the door to cooperation with them regarding women’s, family, and children’s affairs.

Motivating Bahraini lawyers to participate in the association and integrate them into one of the working committees.

Strengthening interconnection, cooperation, and joint work between Bahraini lawyers, women’s associations, and civil society organizations through a joint protocol to exchange experiences.

Organizing joint discussion panels between Bahraini lawyers and women’s associations and civil society organizations on women’s issues

Enabling Bahraini female lawyers to attend specialized programmes, seminars and workshops related to the legal profession and development programs that hone their personality and legal expertise.
