Refund Policy

Refunds
All membership fees paid to Bahrain Bar Society are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
Memberships are provided on a fixed-term basis, and no refunds will be issued for:
Partial use of the membership
Non-use of the membership
Early cancellation by the member
Cancelling an active membership does not entitle the member to any refund. The membership will remain valid until the end of its term and will not be renewed unless the member initiates renewal.
No Automatic Renewal
Memberships are not automatically renewed, and users are only charged when they manually initiate a renewal. Therefore, no refunds apply to unintended renewals.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments
Incorrect charges due to a technical error
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and is subject to review and approval by Bahrain Bar Society.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway provider. Bahrain Bar Society does not store or retain cardholder information.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
